- PROMOTER
The Promoter is SPIRITSDIRECT PTY LTD,ABN 36 690 836 885 of 2 KENNEDYS LANE EWINGSDALE NSW 2481
- PROMOTION PERIOD
The Promotion commences at 12:01am AEDT on 15th Jume 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 30th July 2026 (approximately 6 weeks)
3. ELIGIBLE ENTRANTS
Entry is open to residents of New South Wales and Queensland who are aged 18 years or over.
The following are ineligible to enter:
a) Employees of the Promoter;
b) Employees of participating retailers;
c) Agencies associated with this Promotion;
d) Immediate family members of the above.
4. HOW TO ENTER
To enter the Promotion, individuals must, during the Promotional Period:
a) Purchase any SKNY B Vodka product from a participating retailer located in New South Wales or Queensland; and
b) Enter the Promotion via one of the following methods:
i) Online Entry
Scan the QR code available on promotional material and complete the online entry form, including:
• First name
• Last name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Gender (optional)
• Store purchased
ii) In-Store Entry
Complete a physical entry form in-store and submit the completed form into the designated entry box.
iii) Free Postal Entry (No Purchase Necessary)
To enter without purchase, hand-print your full name, email address, phone number, state of residence, and date of birth on a plain piece of paper and mail it to: SKNY B Vodka ‘Purchase. Sip. Ride.’ Promotion, 2 Kennedys Lane, Ewingsdale NSW 2481. One (1) free postal entry per envelope. Entries must be received by 11:59pm AEST on 30 June 2026. Postal entries have an equal chance of winning as purchase-triggered entries.
5. ENTRY CONDITIONS
a) Entry is free. A purchase of a SKNY B Vodka product at its normal retail price is one method of entry, but a free postal entry method is also available (see clause 4(b)(iii) above). No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
b) Limit of one (1) entry per person per day.
c) Multiple entries are permitted, provided each entry is associated with a separate purchase.
d) Entries must be complete and legible to be valid.
e) All valid entries, regardless of entry method, will be entered into a single draw.
6. PRIZE
The prize is:
1 x Vallkree Electric Bike
Total prize pool value: AUD $4,500 (RRP).
The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.
The prize will be awarded to the winner within one (1) month of the winner being determined and verified. The winner will not be required to pay any administrative or delivery fee to receive the prize. The winner is not required to be present at the draw.
7. DRAW DETAILS

Time: 11.59AM
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period. The draw will be conducted using an electronic random number generator or equivalent randomised draw system. The draw will be conducted in the presence of an independent scrutineer. Members of the public are welcome to attend and witness the draw.
8. WINNER NOTIFICATION
The winner will be notified within two (2) business days of the draw via phone and/or email.
The winner’s name may be published on the Promoter’s website and/or social media channels.
9. UNCLAIMED PRIZE
If the winner cannot be contacted within thirty (30) days of the draw, or fails to claim the prize within thirty (30) days of notification, the prize will be deemed unclaimed and a redraw will take place. The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner during this period.

The redraw winner will be notified in the same manner as the original winner.
10. VERIFICATION
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants, including proof of identity and proof of purchase. The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and
Conditions.
11.DATA MANAGEMENT
a) Physical entry forms will be securely collected and digitised by the Promoter.
b) All entries will be consolidated into a single database prior to the draw.
c) Personal information collected will be used for the purpose of conducting the Promotion and, where consent is provided, for future marketing communications.
12. PRIVACY
All personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s
privacy policy, available at SKNYB VODKA
13. LIABILITY
The Promoter is not responsible for:
a) Any late, lost, incomplete or misdirected entries;
b) Any technical malfunctions or failures;
c) Any variation in prize value;
d) Any tax implications arising from the prize.
14. AUTHORITY / PERMITS
This Promotion will be conducted under the following: NSW Trade Promotion Gaming Authority No: [TO BE INSERTED ONCE AUTHORITY

Queensland: No permit or licence is required in Queensland for a Category 4 promotional game conducted by a business where entry is free. This Promotion is conducted in compliance with the Charitable and Non-Profit Gaming Act 1999 (Qld).
15. RECORD KEEPING
The Promoter will retain all records relating to this Promotion, including terms and conditions, entry records, draw procedures, winner selection
documentation, and prize delivery records, for a minimum of five (5) years from the conclusion of the Promotion. These records will be made available to the relevant regulatory body upon request.
15. GENERAL
The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control. Any material changes to the Promotion will be notified to NSW Fair Trading in accordance with the Community Gaming Act 2018 (NSW).
By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
This Promotion is subject to: the Community Gaming Act 2018 (NSW) and Community Gaming Regulation 2020 (NSW); the Charitable and Non-Profit Gaming Act 1999 (Qld);
and the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)).
